Tenants applying to this portal acknowledge that Blue Sky Property Management will not be the Property Manager for this home and is only responsible for running credit, criminal and background checks for prospective tenants. These homes will be managed monthly by the property owner. Tenant understands that the results of their background check may be shared with the property owner to make his or her decision on tenant acceptance.
